9 years old blue bitch - very nice type - lovely blue colour - very good conformation - good movement - would prefer a sweeter expression - well presented.

Findley’s MALLICOT MCCAULLY AT FIRECRAIG
8 years old sable dog - very nice head and expression - movement could be a bit more powerful , even at 8 years - unfortunately he wasn’t in full coat condition - but very nice dog.
Class 2. Minor Puppy Dog

6 months old sable puppy dog - overall nice bodyshape - nice head - good stop - would prefer a bit sweeter in eye - well presented

Corney’s YENROC SEAHAWK
7 ½ months old puppy dog - nice type - nice set eyes - stop could be better defined - for me , a bit too refined in body - he needs time to mature - well presented.

Walker’s STARLENGA THE WICKER MAN
9 ½ months old sable puppy dog - this young dog took my eye just from the first moment he entered the ring - so well developed for his age - wonderful masculine bodyshape with a very good reach of neck - wonderful bone and substance - his head is so well formed - his dark eyes well shaped giving him the sweetest of expression - his movement was very sound - huge coat of good texture and groomed to perfection giving him the final touch - just wishes his ears a little bit higher - very well presented.

Scott’s CHANTIQUE SIMPLY LOOPY
11 months old puppy dog - very sound dog overall - very nice head with a sweet expression - well set and used ears - very sound construction with a good reach of neck - huge coat of a very nice colour - just wished to see a bit better movement in front - very good presentation.

Paterson’s WILLMARANNA PORTRAIT IN BLUE
14 months old blue-merle dog - very sound construction with a good reach of neck and good angulations , rich long coat of good texture and nice colour - his head is clean shaped with a pleasing expression - very good movement and good temperament- very good presentation.

Bedford’s TIGANLEA TRULY TEMPTING AT MATHANNACH
Nice young male , 12 months old - very nice construction - nice shaped head with a pleasing expression - his movement was very sound - very nice coat wich was groomed very well.
Class 5. Maiden Dog

11 months old sable dog with a very sound conformation - very good reach of neck - very clean head - very nice shaped and set eyes - used his well set ears very well , all together giving him a sweet expression - big coat of good texture - his movement was ok but needs exercise in backhand - very well presented.

Quite nice young sable male - nice head - nice eyes - would prefer more substance for a male - unfortunately his ears were very light.

McCune’s STRONVAR SILENT RAVEN AT RAINCOVE
Tricolour dog with a pleasing head , nice set stop - good eyes - nice reach of neck - body a bit too long in back - good angulations in front and behind - nice black colour- well presented.

Houston’s ALDERMEDE PARIS HEIGHTS AT MOUNTHOPE
Overall nice male - sound conformation with good angulations , this enabled him to move very sound - his head was of a nice shape - wished his eyes set a bit more oblique giving him a sweeter expression - good presentation.

Findley’s MERYCTINS MAN OF MYSTERY AT FIRECRAIG
4 year old sable dog with a very nice shaped head - well set eyes and ears giving him a sweet expression - good body-shape - wished a bit more neck - movement ok , but out in elbows - overall , a very nice type.
Class 9. Limit Dog

Hartley’s ROANBURN SIMPLY RED
Also one of my favourites of the day - overall very sound male full of qualities - he was presented in a wonderful coat condition - very nice body shape , wished jut a little bit more neck - very good angulations in front and behind - his movement was smooth and effortless - seen from the front, he has the sweetest of expression - well set and used ears - very nice set and shaped eyes - just one little wish, he could have a better underjaw .

Overall nice typed blue-merle dog - good body-shape and angulations - good movement - nice head-type - nice set ears - would prefer a bit sweeter in eye and expression - very nice colour and coat - good presentation.

McCann’s ROANBURN BLACK IS BACK AT ZOLKHAN
One of the best Tricolour dogs seen for some time - a dog full of qualities - presented in an immaculate condition - huge coat of the nicest black colour - great body-shape full of substance - very nice angulations in front and behind - very nice head , from the front and profile , so very clean - very good stop and underjaw - his movement was one of the best this day - the only little thing I would prefer , just a little bit sweeter in expression.

A sable & white of a nice type - he has a nice conformation with quite nice angulations - his head was ok - he could be a bit fuller in foreface - and I wished him a bit sweeter in eye - well presented.

12 months old sable & white puppy bitch - very nice in type -very good conformation - good reach of neck - sweet expression but has to clean up a bit in Stop - very good presentation

Sable & white puppy bitch - nice conformation - moved well - clean moulded head - wished the eye a little bit sweeter - showed very good.

10 ½ months old sable & white puppy bitch - I liked her very much - so well balanced allover - standing like a real picture - wonderful conformation with a real long neck - moved very sound - just liked her eye maybe a little bit sweeter - very well groomed and showed - a high quality bitch.

Litter sister to the first one - same nice type - very good conformatio - good reach of neck - very nice expression - just needs to improve her backhand when moving - also a quality bitch.

Very nice sable & white bitch - she has a nice head - nice confirmation and moved very well - would prefer her ears set a little bit higher - showed well - and very good presentation.

One year old sable & white bitch - very nice type - good conformation and good movement - I found her a bit deep through in head and the stop could be a bit more defined - she was presented very well.

A very feminine sable & white bitch with the sweetest expression - her head is really so nice shaped - she has a well balanced conformation and her movement was sound and effortless - she wasn’t in full coat condition , but it was alright - she showed very well - the only thing I would improve on her are her ears , a bit wide set and they could tip a bit more sure - but overall a high quality bitch.

Another Bitch full of qualities - nicely chiseled head - nice set eye and ears giving a very sweet expression - her conformation is very sound - very nice angulations in front and behind - she moved very well - not yet in full coat , but her presentation was perfectly.

Lovely shaded-sable bitch - very feminine - she has a beautiful chiseled head - correct stop and very nice dark almond shaped eyes , giving her a sweet expression - she has a very nice conformation and moved soundly - just wished a bit more outgoing temperament making her a bit more proud - very good presentation.

A very nice tricolour bitch - unfortunately out of coat - she has a very nice head wit a good stop and very nice set eyes giving her the right expression - her outline was very elegant with a good reach of neck - movement very sound - nice black colour - she was well presented.

Nice blue-merle bitch with a nice blue colour and good coat - she has a well balanced head - her eyes are of a godd shape giving her a nice expression - good body with nice proportions - she moved well , just a bit out in elbows - nice presentation.

An attractive tricolour bitch - very nice outline with a very good reach of neck - her head is a bit long in foreface - stop could be a bit shorter- she moved very sound - she has a nice colour and was well groomed.

Fort’s DANFREBEK BE DAZZLED
This tricolour bitch let my heart beat faster , when she entered the ring - she was presented in an immaculate condition - wonderful coat of the nicest black colour - her outline is one of the best seen for a while - so sound in conformation with a wonderful reach of neck - her head so nicely shaped - her dark almond shaped eyes were just set right and with her ears on top of the head , she had the most beautiful expression - her movement was so very sound, full of drive - a pleasure to watch at her and her handler who formed a real unit.

Wonderful sable & white bitch full of qualities - she is also one of the few, I would like to take home - beautiful shaped head - her dark eyes are well set,just wished them a little touch more oblique - but she has a real nice expression - wonderful top-line with a good reach of neck - good angulation in front and behind - a huge coat fits her perfect body - she was so well presented.
